Mumbai / Al Ain (UAE), April 2026: Indian karting talent made a powerful statement on the international stage as Mitansh Jain and Arhaan Koreishi delivered standout performances in the 2025–2026 UAE Rotax Max Challenge, held at the iconic Al Ain Raceway.

At the heart of this success story was Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited (MFRL), whose structured and high-performance driver development programme translated into remarkable results across categories. The team not only secured two championship titles and five top-three finishes, but also clinched the coveted overall Teams’ Championship, underlining its growing stature in global karting.

For Indian motorsport followers, the biggest highlight came in the fiercely contested Junior Max category, where young drivers proved their mettle against a highly competitive international grid.

Mitansh Jain emerged as the Junior Max Vice-Champion, compiling an impressive 960-point tally through a season defined by consistency, maturity, and front-running pace. Race after race, Jain demonstrated the ability to stay in contention, manage pressure, and deliver results—traits that mark him out as one of India’s most promising international karting prospects.

Close behind, Arhaan Koreishi secured third overall in Junior Max, capping off a strong campaign with a late-season surge. His performances reflected not just speed, but rapid development over the course of the championship—signalling the depth of Indian talent emerging through structured programmes.

Adding further strength to the Indian contingent, Nathan Kappen finished third overall in Senior Max, ensuring Mumbai Falcons had representation on the podium across multiple categories.

At the top end of the grid, Mumbai Falcons stamped its authority with championship victories from Tyla Harris (DD2) and Maurits Knopjes (DD2 Masters), reinforcing the team’s all-round dominance in one of the Middle East’s most competitive karting championships.

The UAE Rotax Max Challenge, run over multiple rounds at Al Ain Raceway, is widely regarded as a key feeder series to the prestigious Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals. Success here is not merely about race wins—it is a gateway to the global karting ecosystem.

Significantly, Mumbai Falcons’ success extended beyond Rotax competition. In the parallel IAME UAE Championship, Mitansh Jain secured the Junior title, while Rayan Koreishi finished Vice-Champion in Seniors, earning the team further international recognition and entry to the IAME World Finals.

Speaking on the team’s performance, MFRL Karting Programme Principal Anjum Shaikh emphasised that the results reflect both consistency and a long-term vision for Indian motorsport. The emergence of Indian drivers on international podiums, he noted, is a clear indicator that the country is steadily building a pipeline of global racing talent.

More importantly, this campaign signals a shift in Indian motorsport’s narrative. No longer just participants, Indian drivers are now serious contenders on the world stage.

As the 2025–2026 season concludes, one message stands clear: with structured backing, international exposure, and competitive platforms, India’s next generation of racers is not just arriving—it is ready to compete, and win, globally.
